Review of AMC Ward Parkway 14 Theater

Movie Seen: The Wild Robot

Price: $52.97 for two people

Two tickets for 3D on a Friday evening were $36.47.

A regular popcorn and soda at all AMCs is $16.50.

Cleanliness: It's beginning its downward slope. Compared to some of the renovated theaters this one is starting to feel rundown. The seats could use an update. It’s not B&B Lee’s Summit rundown, but it could head there.

Comfy-Ness: The theaters are very cool. Entering the top/back of the theater. The screen is above the seats. A unique style only exists in a couple of the theaters in KC. The seats are comfortable, but as I said, they could use an upgrade.

Food Quality: Popcorn was some of the best I've had. They also have the Freestyle Coca-Cola machines. Weekend nights are probably the best time to go for the best-tasting popcorn.

Overall 14.5/20.

Style-wise, this is a cool AMC theater. The popcorn was great; the soda was well-balanced as well. The theater just needs a facelift, and this could rank higher on this list.
